Sometimes we seek support during a specific crisis. Sometimes we simply need a place where we can be — without the need to pretend, explain ourselves, or meet expectations.

I’ve lived abroad for many years, which taught me openness to the diversity of people, perspectives, and ways of experiencing the world.

In my work, what matters to me is attentiveness to another person’s experience, as well as discovering and strengthening their resources through contact with themselves and being present in the here and now.

I’m a psychotherapist in training at the Gestalt Institute in Kraków, accredited by the European Association for Gestalt Therapy (EAGT).

I continue to develop my therapeutic practice through professional training.My work is regularly supervised in accordance with professional standards and ethical principles of psychotherapeutic practice.

I am also a mother, a grandmother, and a teacher. These experiences help me approach others with greater understanding, sensitivity, and care.

For as long as I can remember

 

horses have been present in my life

 

They helped me understand the meaning of presence, calm attentiveness, and a relationship that needs time and space to breathe.

One of my earliest memories is the moment when, as a child, I was lifted onto a horse. I remember the surprise of discovering that the very same world could suddenly look completely different. All at once, there was more space, along with a sense of joy and wonder.

Perhaps this is why I feel close to the idea that sometimes a small shift in perspective allows us to notice and better understand what had previously remained beyond our view.

Organizational information

I offer therapy in my office and online.

I work in Polish and English.

FIRST SESSION

The first session takes the form of a consultation.

We talk about what you are coming with, what you are experiencing, and what you need.

It is also a space to see how you feel in contact with me and whether this form of work is right for you.

SHORT-TERM THERAPY

Short-term therapy supports looking at the current challenges and situations you are facing, helping you discover your own resources and potential.

LONG-TERM THERAPY

Long-term therapy supports a deeper knowing and understanding of yourself, your emotions, needs, and ways of experiencing the world.
